Time for a New One.

Well Here is my Tri annual update. It has bee a great Christmas break. Here are some of the things that we did. We went to cut down our own Christmas tree for the 2nd year, this time we went with Chad and Eryn, which was real fun. I think that we went to the wrong place because neither of us could find a good tree. After literally hours of searching I found one that look pretty good. Brady came over to cut it down and low and behold the saw wouldn't start up. So after about 20 minutes of trying it worked (thank goodness). Then Chad and Eryn found theirs so Brady went off to cut theirs down and left me with the tree in the mountains all alone, and it was now dark, I wasn't too thrilled. When we came home I was looking forward to putting up the tree and bring in some Christmas spirit, but once we put it up I didn't feel anything but laughter because it was HUGE, (the picture below doesn't do it justice.) I couldn't even walk by it with out hitting it and the pine needles were the pokiest ones I have ever felt. But anyway it did it's job and was a great Christmas Tree.
I thought that I would put up some Pics of Brady's loves in his life, his 1946 DeSoto and His "miss Kitty". You can learn more about "miss Kitty'' on Facebook. Yeah Facebook.....?
For Christmas my Parents look us to Hawaii, Not bad huh? It was such a wonderful vacation, I think the best part was reuniting with my husband on my first day, Brady went 4 days earlier with my dad to watch the pipeline masters surfing competition, he got to go because all his finals were done and I still had 5. I have the hardest time whenever he leaves me for a trip and this was no exception. I guess that show how much I love him and need him in my life..The Hawaii trip, it was so much fun! I loved not having a worry in the world. We did everything what I wanted to do. We went to my new favorite beach Kialua, which happens to be Pres. Obama's
favorite too, he went to Hawaii one week after we did, and my cousin said that they shut down a mile each way of where ever Obama is for security reasons, they say that it is nuts when he comes, and I am glad I missed that. But anyway, we went surfing at Waikiki, saw a lot of turtles We went to PCC Brady got called up by the Samoan guy to drink his coconut milk, and made some joke about Brady which was pretty entertaining. While we were there Brady got a little taste of his mission again. He saw one of the missionaries he served with there, and we were lucky enough to hunt him down to take a picture with him, and the picture of us in from of the huge boat, well Brady knew the guy that carved that, he said he is one of the last master wood carvers in New Zealand. Brady and I were lucky enough to be chosen to go dance with the Fijian (sorry Blurry Picture). That was great Fun. We went on some fun hikes (the windy pictures) and we actually got scuba certified before this so we had some way fun scuba dives but that is for a later post. All in all it was a great Christmas gift and vacation. Thanks mom and dad. We love and appreciate you.

Oceanside

The Dunkley's have a tradition, that would be going to Oceanside California. I have a soft spot in my heart for Oceanside because while Brady and I were just in the beginning of the blossoming relationship that we have today, he took me there and it was the one of the greatest weeks of my, then 16 years of life. Then in march 2008, 1 month after Brady returned home from his mission, I was invited to join them once again in Oceanside, again that was a great week filled with talk of how happy we were to be together again. Then in October 2008 I got to go again but this time on my honeymoon, that too was a great GREAT week filled with how happy we were to finally be together forever. So now that we have a background of my O.S. past I may Begin. We stayed in North Coast village and had a great view. We did some body boarding and attempted surfing, but it was not quit the greatest conditions of it. One huge reason why I love going there so much is the great food. Ruby's, the street party type thing, and of coarse the Mexican place I don't know what it's called. Brady and I chose to sleep on the patio when we would wake up and be wet from the sea air. Another favorite that we sent the majority of the time doing would be the hot tub, and the great interesting people we would meet there. The highlight of this trip was Darby O'Gill and the little people, it was a hit with all the Dunkley Family.

Update

Brady and 2 missionary friends went to provo to see a recent convert from New Zealand that they taught go on his mission. It was really fun to meet him, because while Brady was on his mission I heard a lot about Joseph Afaga.

This was Eryn's Bridal shower. It was so fun, and great to see everyone again. Eryn got married Oct. 10th 1 year and a day after my wedding.

I love this girl. She is the person I think that can most relate to me when it comes to waiting and marring missionaries. Defiantly a very best friend.

Brady and I had a baby!!! ha ha JUST KIDDING! My sister had a beautiful little girl- Annaka Lyn Farnsworth. She is such a cutie and I can't get enough of her.

Brady and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary on Oct. 11. Man it is so crazy how time flies. I loved our big day, and what a better way to reminisce about it than go to my best friends wedding. Unfortunately Brady and I didn't do much for our anniversary because he had the swine flu bad... I felt so bad. Oh how I hate you swine flu

One Year ago today!

One Year ago Brady made me the happiest woman in the world, He asked me that one question that every girl dreams of. And without hesitation I agreed. On June 26th 2008 Brady took me to the greatest restaurant ever, the Cosmopolitan in Leeds, I was a little suspicious but as the dinner went on he was acting totally normal so I assumed he just wanted to be nice. There were a few sneaky things that went on that made the night flawless. After we got done eating the chef came over and asked if we would like some dessert. Brady said "sure" the chef asked what we would like Brady replied "surprise us" so than about 10 minutes later he came out with some nice flowers and a tray of something I couldn't see because it was held above my head. The chef looked at me and said " I have a deal for you, there is a dessert of the night and if you choose the right one, the dessert is on me," he then lowered the tray and there was the most beautiful assortment of desserts I had ever seen. Among the dessert was a wooden box with a rose next to it, I was stunned and sat there for a second. Than picked up the box and said " I think I want that one" and put it on my plate. Brady was then on one knee in front of me, he grabbed the box from my plate and said the cutest little spiel, then asked me that one question, while I opened the box which revealed the most stunning ring ever. My answer was "Of Coarse''. I am so happy that I said. yes because he is the best guy ever and makes my life everything I could ever want. I love him with all my heart.
PS happy birthday to the greatest dad in this whole wide world "My dad". He is so great and so knowledgeable I love him so much I hope he stays around another 50 years.

Leaving for Moab.

I was so excited when I realized that the Connor Oberst concert was this Friday. I was looking forward to just relaxing and not worrying about work, and getting away for a bit.....That's when I thought that Moab was Kanab, and only about 2 hours away. My dad informed me that; no actually it's about 5 and a half hours. uhhh and when we get there the first thing we do is pitch our tent for when it's time for bed.. If we even are going to sleep in a tent for all i know it will be under the stars with all the coyotes. I'm not complaining. I was just sort of expecting a 2 hour drive to a concert that I know nothing about, and a nice hotel room to sleep in. And food, Brady told me we will be catching our own food, rabbit. Yummy! But oh well I will be in good company and hopefully Brady and Jared will do all the work.
P.S. Happy Birthday Troy! wow 16 man how time flies. I am such a nice sister, since he works for me at the pool I thought it would be a nice gesture to make him Homemade from scratch cup cakes and take them to work for him and all my employees. Man I am so thoughtful ;) They are delicious!
And can't forget a shout out to the one and only Blair! Happy Birthday as well I am so glad Tyler married way ;) out of his league because Blair is such a great sister-in-law, Brady and I love you both have a great day!
